We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to handle the creation and management of property listings across various online platforms (e.g., Zillow, Craigslist, Apartments.com). The role involves posting accurate, appealing listings, taking photos, writing descriptions, and responding to inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Post and update property listings on major rental and real estate platforms. Create high-quality photos and descriptions. Respond to inquiries and schedule viewings. Monitor and adjust listings for optimal visibility.
Qualifications:
Experience with property listings and online marketing. Strong communication and organizational skills. Familiarity with real estate platforms and basic marketing.
