I want to add notifications to the app that will alert users when new articles are available in their subscribed RSS feeds. The app is already set up to load and display RSS feeds, but I need someone to: 1. Implement background fetching or scheduled checks for new articles. 2. Add local notifications to notify users about updates in real-time. 3. Ensure the implementation works seamlessly with the existing app structure.
