We seek a highly organized Back-office Coordinator to efficiently support our ongoing projects. Reporting to project managers, the Back-office Coordinator will be instrumental in driving operational success through meticulous administrative work.
Key duties include document preparation, filing, and tracking progress across milestones. The Back-office Coordinator organizes all project materials and ensures seamless access and retrieval. Timelines, deadlines, and deliverables are consistently monitored to keep initiatives on schedule. Regular communication with internal and external stakeholders keeps everyone informed on project status. Contracts, reports, and other key documents are correctly stored and maintained. Presentations, updates, and additional materials are expertly assembled. General office tasks are also competently handled when needed.
An ideal candidate displays strong multitasking abilities to juggle administrative responsibilities. Immaculate records are kept through impeccable attention to detail. A dedicated work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving helps address any issues swiftly. While project coordination experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with a proven track record of supporting teams through back-office roles.
