We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong B2B relationships, negotiating deals, and closing sales with precision and professionalism. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills with a polished American accent, a proven track record in sales negotiation and closure, and a commitment to exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition & Retention: Identify and pursue new B2B clients, building a strong pipeline of opportunities. • Sales Negotiation: Effectively negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable deals. • Account Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business. • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies for achieving revenue goals. • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor solutions. • Reporting: Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and forecasts to management. • Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and customer support teams to deliver exceptional service.
Job Requirements: • Language Proficiency: ◦ Strong communication skills with a polished American accent. • Experience: ◦ At least 2-3 years of proven success in B2B sales, with experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
Skills: ◦ Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills. ◦ Ability to understand and present complex product offerings clearly. ◦ Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Education: ◦ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
