Expected duration: 1 day or less I'm launching a business in January called Human Edge Development and my services will range from consulting, designing, facilitating and evaluating bespoke workshops, to facilitating ready-made workshops. Modules will include change management, challenging conversations, emotional intelligence etc. These skills are applicable to almost anyone in business (and in our personal lives) but especially managers and leaders.
I believe that it's important to embrace smart technology whilst at the same time enhancing our human skills as it is these things combined which will give us the edge. Hence the name.
