I currently have a Sharepoint custom template issue.
I have several Word document templates added to the '+New' menu by selecting + Add Template.
This has been working fine whenever I need to use these templates somewhere on the site however the wrong now template keeps opening. E.g. when I select 'Template 1' from the +New list instead it adds 'Template 2' to the designated folder.
This happened several months ago and I deleted the template, re-added, and deleted and created new folders again. This eventually seemed to solve it but the error has come back.
It also occasionally says there is another version on the server when this issue occurs.
Are these templates stored somewhere else where I can delete them from another location. I'm not sure if cached versions or copies are stored elsewhere which is causing the issue.
