We are seeking skilled and experienced property managers to oversee and manage residential or commercial properties. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in property management, with the ability to handle day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain properties to ensure they are in excellent condition. Handle tenant inquiries, lease agreements, and ensure timely rent collection. Oversee property inspections and coordinate maintenance or repairs. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding property management. Develop and manage property budgets, including rent collection and payment of bills. Resolve tenant issues and conflicts professionally and efficiently. Monitor property performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a property manager or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of property management principles, local regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
