The above process is quite simple! The new H1 Title Tags fit perfectly with the existing information, so you can easily copy and paste them for each page.
2. There is also a Word file with replacement Meta Page Descriptions for each Website page. I reviewed all the meta descriptions highlighted in yellow, assessed them for each page, and saved the new descriptions in a Word file. However, when I attempted to transfer the Word file to Excel, some descriptions did not align perfectly with the corresponding cells in the Excel file. Therefore, I need someone to carefully go through the descriptions, insert them into the correct cells in the spreadsheet and implement them in the SEO of the relevant website pages. This is not merely a simple cut-and-paste job; it requires consideration of which descriptions correspond to the Meta Page Title and New Replacement H1 Title Tag. The task is somewhat simplified because most descriptions align with the Existing Meta Page Descriptions (highlighted in yellow), but I found that some incorrectly align to a row above or below the existing description in Excel.
The individual undertaking this role must have proven experience with Squarespace, a strong command of the English language, and familiarity with the nuances of intellectual property, digital media, and entertainment industry terminology; otherwise, they may struggle to align descriptions with the relevant existing ones, potentially leading to a disaster.
NB:
It is imperative that you refrain from altering any of the specified wording associated with the provided New Replacement H1 Title Tags, new Replacement Descriptions, and existing meta page titles. These elements have already been optimised for maximum efficiency, and this task arose due to deficiencies in the initial execution by a prior service provider. To be clear, the existing Website Page URLs and Meta Page Titles are not part of this task. Please do not tamper with either.
