Expected duration: Ongoing Seeking a Technical Co-Founder to join my venture, in building an innovative B2B SaaS platform designed specifically for insurance intermediaries. The ideal TCF will possess a deep understanding of software development, cloud technologies, and ideally working knowledge pure protection insurance industry.
*ONLY UK residents being considered. This a EQUITY BASED role, there is NO SALARY.
Requirements (practically OWN everything tech related):
o Highly Proficient in web/UI/UX development. o Development of an AI Tool – brand new and golden plated (first of its kind in this sector) o Experience with cloud platforms. o Familiarity with databases and implementation. o Understanding and creating APIs and integrations with third-party services. o Experience in the insurance sector or knowledge of insurance brokerage processes. o Awareness of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the insurance industry. o Proven track record in building and launching software products. o Ability to define technical architecture and product roadmaps. o Experience in leading development teams or startups. o Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with non-technical stakeholders. o Passion for innovation and problem-solving. o Willingness to take risks and adapt to changing environments. o Solid experience in software development or technical leadership roles.
