The lounge should be comfortable and inviting, encouraging customers to spend time in the showroom. - Considering the potential need for sales offices and a reception area, although these are not essential. - Incorporate interactive displays, such as touchscreens or virtual reality stations, to enhance customer engagement. - Install specialized showcase lighting to highlight the features of the luxury cars on display. Ground Floor (2,500 sq. ft.): Customer Lounge (300 sq. ft.), Cafe (150 sq. ft.), and Vehicle Display Area at the front for customer engagement. 2 Detailing Rooms (200 sq. ft. each), Mini Salon (80 sq. ft.), Paint Booth (350 sq. ft.), Accessory & Alloy Wheel Racks, Studio Room (100 sq. ft.), RO Treatment Plant visible to customer, and Store Room (100 sq. ft.) towards the back.
