Key requirements include: - Designing a layout that reflects a luxury and high-end aesthetic. The lounge should be comfortable and inviting, encouraging customers to spend time in the showroom. - Considering the potential need for sales offices and a reception area, although these are not essential. - Incorporate interactive displays, such as touchscreens or virtual reality stations, to enhance customer engagement. - Install specialized showcase lighting to highlight the features of the luxury cars on display. Ground Floor (2,500 sq. ft.): Customer Lounge (300 sq. ft.), Cafe (150 sq. ft.), and Vehicle Display Area at the front for customer engagement. 2 Detailing Rooms (200 sq. ft. each), Mini Salon (80 sq. ft.), Paint Booth (350 sq. ft.), Accessory & Alloy Wheel Racks, Studio Room (100 sq. ft.), RO Treatment Plant visible to customer, and Store Room (100 sq. ft.) towards the back. Washroom (50 sq. ft.) for customer and staff use.
