I seek an experienced virtual event manager to create, plan and market an upcoming quarterly virtual tea party. The objective is to build an engaging online experience for participants through a well-designed Eventbrite page, visual posts on social media, and an interactive ticketed event platform.
Skills required include proficiency with Eventbrite for ticket sales, event setup and administration. Strong graphic design abilities are essential to craft visually-appealing social media graphics that promote the theme of a Victorian-style tea party in a digital format. Candidate should have experience developing online equivalents of experiences typically offered at in-person events such as a VIP lounge area.
Event date is end of January and manager will be responsible for the full planning process from initial page creation through event execution and analytics review. Duties encompass graphic design of promotional assets for Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest as well as setting up the virtual event space and ticketing functions on Eventbrite. The quarterly format requires someone who can establish efficient processes to scale the event successfully over subsequent dates.
Experience managing similar virtual events from start to finish as well as a demonstrated track record on Eventbrite is required. Creativity, project coordination skills and strong written communication abilities are essential to effectively adapt an in-person concept to an engaging online experience.
