We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Building Architect with a passion for designing interactive, sustainable, and visually striking spaces. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on diverse projects, from residential homes to large public spaces such as flagship stores, small stores, malls, markets, houses, airports, entertainment spaces, parks. They will combine technical expertise, creative flair, and a deep understanding of modern architecture trends to craft innovative and environmentally conscious designs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Conceptualization:
Create compelling architectural designs and concepts for interactive and green spaces in 2D and 3D formats using platforms like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Solid Works, Unreal Engine and similar tools. Having knowledge of AR & VR, Video 360 will be an advantage.
Blend functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability to deliver outstanding designs.
2. Sustainability & Smart Technology Integration:
Incorporate green construction techniques and sustainable materials into designs.
Integrate smart technology solutions to enhance the usability and environmental impact of spaces.
3. Compliance & Regulations:
Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, compliance standards, and regulations.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies to align architectural solutions with policies.
4. Local, Regional & Global Design Awareness:
Leverage access to modern architectural examples , local and global case studies to influence innovative designs.
Adapt global design concepts to suit local project requirements.
Adapt Parametric architectures principles
Able to utilise machine generated designs using our Generative AI platforms
5. Interiors & Exteriors:
Develop detailed engineering drawings and plans for interiors and exteriors, ensuring a seamless blend of design elements.
Introduce unique factors to elevate both functional and aesthetic aspects.
6. Project Collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders to deliver projects that meet expectations.
7. Creative Problem-Solving:
Address challenges with innovative and practical solutions, maintaining design integrity and meeting project goals.
8. BIM knowledge
Have experience working with BIM platforms.
Requirements:
Certified Architect
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven experience in designing a range of spaces, including retail, commercial, residential, and public.
Proficiency in architectural design platforms such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar.
Strong understanding of green construction, sustainable materials, and smart technology integration.
Familiarity with building compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent visualization skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to bring creative, unique, and innovative ideas to life.
Strong portfolio showcasing diverse local projects, with global experience being a plus.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
