I'm in URGENT need of a skilled professional who can draft MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings for a project where we are converting a shipping container into an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in Phoenix, AZ. We have already completed the architectural drawings and have received the necessary engineering details.
Key Requirements: - Draft comprehensive MEP drawings based on our previous project files and the provided reference materials. - Adhere strictly to local standards and codes. Knowledge of Phoenix's specific building regulations is a plus but not a requirement. - Integrate a specified list of equipment and materials into the MEP drawings.
