Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and the ability to frame complex concepts in simple, compelling narratives. Proven ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure. Experience working with non-profits or organizations focused on youth empowerment, education, and skills development, health, mental health, and wellness initiatives, environmental sustainability, climate action, and water conservation, gender equality, women’s empowerment, and gender-based violence prevention, economic empowerment, entrepreneurship, and vocational training, sports for development, youth engagement, and leadership through sports, to name just a few;
