Please do not drag on like the last developer did as he said he could do it in a few hgours but nothing is finalised. even simple testing seemed difficult.
Project Overview: We are seeking an expert Mautic 5.1 professional to implement, test, and optimize email campaigns with MJML integration. The primary goal is to ensure the campaigns work as expected, with all assets correctly stored on the Mautic server, and to finalize and schedule them with accurate timing for optimal delivery. The individual must be able to work efficiently, with minimal supervision, and execute tasks professionally within the agreed-upon timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MJML Integration for 7 Emails - Implement MJML code into 7 pre-designed emails, ensuring all images (including logos) are uploaded and stored locally on the Mautic server. - Perform thorough testing of each email, comparing it side-by-side with the original design to ensure perfect alignment. - Set up campaign test delays (typically 1 minute) and run full campaigns for testing. - After testing and approval, update the campaign timing to reflect the correct intervals.

2. Adding Emails to Existing Campaigns - Once the first batch of 7 emails is complete, add them to the existing campaigns and integrate MJML formatting. - Test the emails again, comparing them to the design. - Adjust test delays (typically 1 minute) and run the full campaigns for further testing. - Upon final approval, configure the correct timing for the campaigns.

3. Creating and Configuring 7 New Campaigns - After completing the previous tasks, create 7 new campaigns and integrate the MJML-formatted emails into them. - Perform tests for each email, comparing side-by-side with the design and verifying that the campaigns are functioning properly. - Set the correct delays for testing, run the campaigns, and review results. - Finalize campaign timing after receiving approval.

Skills and Experience Required: - Expert experience with Mautic 5.1, specifically managing email campaigns and creating workflows. - Proficiency in MJML, with a focus on email formatting and design integration. - Ability to effectively upload and manage assets (images, logos) on the Mautic server. - Strong attention to detail, ensuring pixel-perfect design matching during testing. - Experience in campaign scheduling and the ability to adjust timing for accurate delivery. - Self-sufficiency: Ability to execute tasks without needing step-by-step instructions. You should be capable of handling complex workflows and troubleshooting independently.
Expectations: - Efficiency: You must be able to complete tasks within the same day without delays. No excuses for taking longer than agreed. - Self-Management: We expect you to work autonomously and only seek clarification when absolutely necessary. - Testing and Finalization: Be diligent in testing the campaigns, ensuring they are functioning as expected before making them live. Don’t set campaigns to 1-minute delays for extended periods during testing. This was an issue previously and cannot happen again. - Professionalism: This is a results-driven project. We expect a professional attitude, and you should be able to complete the tasks without unnecessary interruptions or excuses.
Important Note: - Previous Experience: A previous developer struggled with basic tasks like understanding how to test and execute campaigns, leading to delays of over two weeks. We are not interested in explanations for delays. If you need constant hand-holding, this role is not for you. - Testing Delays: While testing, campaign delays should not remain at 1 minute for extended periods. Once testing is complete, the campaigns must be set to realistic timings. - If you fail to meet these expectations or deliver the required results within the same day as agreed, you will be removed from the project.
Summary: This job requires a high level of competence, attention to detail, and professionalism. If you are a highly experienced Mautic developer with proven success in working with MJML email designs and campaigns, we expect you to be able to handle these tasks efficiently and effectively without needing constant guidance.
