The goal is to make it client-friendly while ensuring it’s easy to update as needed. Key Requirements: Content and Formatting Review the attached Excel document for details and structure. Clean up any formatting inconsistencies and improve the overall readability and visual appearance, highlighting the most attractive benefits. Organise data logically to ensure clarity for the client. Design and Visuals Incorporate a clean, modern design style that aligns with our professional corporate image. Include both company logos in the document for co-branding purposes. Use visually impactful elements like colour schemes, icons, or graphics to enhance presentation. Replace or redesign the pie charts to better represent the data. If pie charts don’t work, suggest alternative visuals (e.g., bar charts, infographics). Output Formats Provide the final version as a PDF and PowerPoint for client sharing, ensuring the PowerPoint version is editable. Key Design Considerations Ensure the design is professional, clean, and on-brand. Prioritise ease of editing for future updates. Balance data representation with visual appeal – aim for a “wow” factor without overwhelming the content. Deadline Please provide an initial draft within 3 working days.
