Our firm is looking to hire remote bookkeepers with excellent written English comprehension skills
- Manage bookkeeping tasks remotely.
- Ensure clear and effective written communication in English.
- Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping for a US Federal CPA and law firm.
- Work directly with CPAs and lawyers in a chat-only environment.
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail and excellent written English communication.
- This is a 40-hour work project from Mon-Fri. The hours are only on EST from 10 am - 6 pm and are not negotiable
- Only the person that applies can be considered; NO AGENCIES ALLOWED!
- QBO, Pcloud, Zendesk, Microsoft Office, KeeperApp, and Zoom are the leading software utilized.
- Handle US Bank Statements, Payroll, Credit Card Statements, and Merchant Statements accurately.
- Must type 50WPM with no less than 90% accuracy. Please test yourself BEFORE applying. Our staff will test you; those not meeting this requirement will have your contract canceled for misrepresentation, so please test yourself before applying!
- If you are not from the USA & do not have a valid US CPA License, the pay can only be based on the rate of pay in your country for the service provided by a professional with your same type of education and skillset
