I'm looking for someone to design an email signature for use in Gmail. The signature should incorporate a headshot photo of myself alongside our company's branding elements. Style and formatting must be optimized for readability in both mobile and desktop versions of Gmail. Key elements to include are a 75x75 pixel headshot, company logo resized to a maximum width of 200 pixels, and business information such as name, title, phone number and website address. Colour scheme and fonts used in the logo file should be matched. Overall signature height must not exceed 4 lines (75 pixels) to avoid cluttering the email body. The design should achieve a balance between containing crucial contact details while retaining an unobstructed view of the message content.
Examples of email signatures will be provided privately to shortlisted designers for style inspiration. The finished file must be in standard JPG or PNG format for direct importing into Gmail.
