Task Requirements:
Scrape the following details from each listing:
Property address Number of bedrooms Number of bathrooms Monthly rental price (£) Estate agent associated with the listing Listing date Provide the scraped data in an Excel file.
There are currently 462 active listings to be scraped.
In addition to the data, we would like a solution that allows us to continue updating and scraping this information ourselves in the future. Ideally, this solution should:
Be automated or require minimal input from us to keep it running Include a clear, step-by-step guide for setup and operation Provide recommendations on tools, scripts, or software needed to maintain the process If you have expertise in web scraping, Excel, and creating automated processes, we’d love to hear from you!
