We are seeking a reliable and organised Virtual Assistant to help manage customer interactions, process orders, and update our social media stories. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexible work hours and an opportunity to grow with a fast-paced online clothing business.
Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer messages and inquiries via Instagram and Telegram (moderator access will be provided). -Process customer orders by confirming stock availability with our warehouse team through a private group chat (Telegram/WhatsApp) and forwarding confirmed orders to us for fulfillment. -Post and save daily Instagram Stories featuring our products, ensuring they are visually appealing and include pricing. -Update Instagram Stories with new stock as it becomes available. -Manage customer communications between 9 AM and 10 PM (on a flexible, as-needed basis). Requirements:
-Previous experience in customer service or social media management is a plus. -Strong written communication skills with a professional and friendly tone. -Familiarity with Instagram and Telegram platforms. -Highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks. -Ability to work flexibly throughout the day (this is not a consistent 9-5 role).
