- Promptly address customer inquiries through emails, direct messages, and social media using platforms like Zendesk and Google services. - Maintain a professional and friendly attitude during all customer interactions. - Use established response templates for common questions. - Work collaboratively with the team to resolve unique or complicated inquiries.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills. - Ability to work independently and efficiently. - Available for approximately 1-2 hours each day.
