Expected duration: Ongoing Looking for urgent help but also long-term support for our projects.
We are working on a project that will need a number of PLCs to read data from each other over a large area, so we are trying to make to make it work with 4G and VPN.
To test this we have a test rig with 4 PLCs on it (Schneider M221), each connected to a Teletonika TRB140 4G gateway. We have configured a VPN using the Teletonika RMS VPN hub (OpenVPN).
I can log into each gateway and ping the local M221, as well as the others over the VPN network, ping times average 200ms.
I can ping each PLC from my PC using the OpenVPN client.
I can run read the data of each PLC using Modscan64, no packets are dropped.
When I connected one PLC to the other, they read the data from each other.
But I cannot get them to talk to each other over the VPN link.
I need long term support, so welcome those who can help urgently but would like a longer-term relationship as we have regular projects that need networking/OT/VPN support, and we like the Teletonika RMS solution.
