I have brought a CTERA C200 NAS, everything works ok, I can see the NAS on my Windows 11 laptop, but I cannot use the file explorer function, as I need to download the CTERA agent. Due to the age of the NAS, CTERA no longer supports the software.
I need someone's help with setting this up, with experience of CTERA software.
