Hi, I need interior design for a master bedroom. Attached is a screenshot from the floor plan and a photo of the house exterior indicating the balcony that will be merged into the bedroom. The AutoCAD file will be provided to the selected designer.

REQUIRED DELIVERABLES (for the final design after incorporating all my comments): 1. Four (4) 3D Renderings (HD - Photo Realistic) covering all sides of the bedroom with clear details 2. Two (2) 3D Rendering (HD - Photo Realistic) for the walk-in dressing corner (walk-in closet area) 3. One (1) 2D Floor Plan Drawing showing all furniture and decor elements with measurements. 4. One (1) 2D Elevation Drawing of the main wall behind the bed presenting all decor elements with detailed measurements (BOTH HEIGHTS AND WIDTHS FOR EACH ELEMENT). 5. AutoCAD file containing the 2D drawings.
REQUIRED DELIVERY TIME: Final deliverables within 10 calendar days from job award
IMPORTANT DESIGN POINTS: 1. The DESIGN THEME is to be: 1) Modern; 2) Appears luxurious (but without excessive extravagance); 3) Suitable for a couple in their mid-thirties (who want to spend great intimate time with each other in this room); and 4) Incorporates accent lighting for intimacy. 2. The balcony currently appearing in the floor plan with be merged into the bedroom and will become part of the interior. 3. The long wall in the bedroom needs to be designed with DECOR TO ABSORB SOUND. This home is an attached duplex housing unit. The long wall in the bedroom separates this master bedroom from the next door's neighbor's master bedroom. 4. The design and 3D renderings are to clearly show the specific furniture / decor elements / lighting elements / wall painting color / floor tiles / decorative ceiling design / curtains / walk-in closet exterior / etc.
