Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp based on our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Expect around 4-5 inquiries per day max, (Total, via Whatsapp and Email) Monday to Saturday. You will need to check for inquiries in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
Mandatory Requirements: - Proficiency in Hindi language, (Very Important to know Hindi to communicate with us and some of our customers) - Indian Only (As some customers are from India), Please apply only if you are Indian. (Very Important) - 5 to 40 reviews with a rating of 4.0 stars or higher (Very Important) - Fulltime Independent freelancers only (Very Important) - Excellent communication skills and technical aptitude - Prior experience in customer support is a plus - Available immediately and ready to start
