Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp based on our Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Expect around 4-5 inquiries per day max, (Total, via Whatsapp and Email) Monday to Saturday. You will need to check for inquiries in the morning, afternoon, and evening.
Mandatory Requirements: - Proficiency in Hindi language, (Very Important to know Hindi to communicate with us and some of our customers) - Indian Only (As some customers are from India), Please apply only if you are Indian.
