Mention the meeting details: Fridays at 9:45 AM at Mercure Leeds Parkway Hotel. Channels: Send invitations via email, LinkedIn messages, and social media posts. 3. Maintain a List of Visitors Spreadsheet: Use a Google Sheet or Excel to track invitees, their contact details, RSVP status, and follow-up actions.
