Mention the meeting details: Fridays at 9:45 AM at Mercure Leeds Parkway Hotel. Channels: Send invitations via email, LinkedIn messages, and social media posts. 3. Maintain a List of Visitors Spreadsheet: Use a Google Sheet or Excel to track invitees, their contact details, RSVP status, and follow-up actions. Columns: Include columns for Name, Business, Contact Info, Invitation Sent, RSVP Status, Follow-Up Date, and Notes. 4. Follow-Up Actions Reminders: Send reminders a few days before the meeting.
