Hi there,
I'm launching a new BNI network group in North Leeds and could do with some help inviting people in within a 45 minute radius of Mercure Leeds Parkway Hotel to visit our new group - Pure BNI (North Leeds). We would need to identify suitable visitors and maintain a list of visitors and follow up actions?
I'd love a quick chat over Zoom to see how this could work. Here's a bit of a frame work
1. Identify Suitable Visitors
Target Audience: Focus on local business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals who are likely to benefit from networking.
Sources: Use LinkedIn, local business directories, and BNI's own network to find potential visitors.
2. Create an Invitation
Message: Craft a compelling invitation highlighting the benefits of joining the BNI Pure (North Leeds) group. Mention the meeting details: Fridays at 9:45 AM at Mercure Leeds Parkway Hotel.
Channels: Send invitations via email, LinkedIn messages, and social media posts.
3. Maintain a List of Visitors
Spreadsheet: Use a Google Sheet or Excel to track invitees, their contact details, RSVP status, and follow-up actions.
Columns: Include columns for Name, Business, Contact Info, Invitation Sent, RSVP Status, Follow-Up Date, and Notes.
4. Follow-Up Actions
Reminders: Send reminders a few days before the meeting.
Thank You Notes: After the meeting, send thank you notes and ask for feedback.
Next Steps: Schedule follow-up meetings or calls to discuss membership.
