The app monitors temperatures of fridges and freezers in restaurants using Bluetooth sensors. The temperature range that is an acceptable is set in the app. If the temperature goes outside this range an alarm is actioned and an alert sent to the owner by text message and email. Website admin side & login will be required to set all settings and parameters. Tablet > Bluetooth Gateway > Temperature Sensors. The information will need to be stored in a cloud server which is accessible by a admin website login. This system is for various clients so the system will need to be designed to give each client a login and save details separately on cloud server.
The system has an opening and closing checklist of tasks for the kitchen to action every day. This has time requirements also and if not completed by a set time an alarm is actioned and notification text and email to the owner.
The app will have to store all temperature, checklist logs, incidents for every day in the cloud. And will require additional pages in the app on areas such as staff training, allergy information and daily incident log.
The Bluetooth sensor supplier have supplied their MSensosr app with SDK access to use the code to save time with connect sensors to app / temperature monitoring etc. There may be some API programming required.
Its important Restaurants have access to a back office where they can easily print off the PDF reports of each days checklists and temperature logs.
How it will work: 1. Temperature and Humidity Sensors: ○ These sensors are installed in fridges and freezers in the kitchen. ○ They continuously monitor temperature and humidity levels within the appliances.
2. DataTransmissiontoGatewayDevice: ○ The sensors transmit the collected data to one or more gateway devices. ○ The gateway devices act as intermediate points for collecting and forwarding the sensor data.
3. StorageinAWSCloud: ○ The gateway device send the collected data to a cloud service. ○ This ensures that the data is securely stored on cloud.
4. DataAggregationbyBackendServer: ○ A backend server fetch and aggregates the data from cloud and send it to frontend apps. ○ With socket it will display real-time sensors reading.
5. FrontendDisplay Tablet: ○ The processed data from backend is then made available for display on the frontend tablet. ○ Users can access the temperature and humidity statistics through various interfaces, such as desktop applications or mobile apps.
6. UserInteraction: ○ Users can monitor real-time and historical temperature and humidity trends. ○ Alerts or noti cations can be implemented to inform users of any abnormal conditions, ensuring timely response.
7. Maintenance and Calibration: ○ Regular maintenance and calibration of sensors and devices are crucial to ensure accurate readings. ○ The system may include features for automated alerts when maintenance is required.
