Most of the queries follow similar themes, so many responses will be straightforward, though you’ll occasionally need to add a personal touch.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and DMs within a timely manner Maintain a friendly and professional tone with each interaction Follow existing response templates for common questions Liaise with the team for any unique or complex queries Requirements:
Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and efficiently A background in music tech is a plus, but not essential – we’ll help you get up to speed Available daily for approximately 1-2 hours
