We're a marketing agency looking for someone to help with general management of client social media accounts. The role will cover the following:
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to meet client goals.
- Create, schedule, and manage content calendars for various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging, on-brand content, including visuals and copy.
- Monitor and respond to community engagement, fostering positive relationships on behalf of clients.
- Analyze and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure clients remain competitive.
- Manage multiple client accounts with excellent organization and attention to detail.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in social media management, ideally in an agency environment.
- Expertise in social media platforms, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative flair.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for creative problem-solving.
