Overview: I am are seeking a dedicated Magento API and Integration Developer to manage and optimize our Magento 2.4 eCommerce platform. The developer will focus on high-priority API issues, ensure smooth integration with key platforms, and update critical components like user authentication and design elements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. API Management and Troubleshooting: - API 133 and 136b Restoration: These APIs are integral to the Magento quote system, delivering a list of products added to a user’s quote or cart, along with extended attributes. The task involves: - Identifying files for API functionality so the backup server can restore it correctlty
2. Integration and Frontend Optimization: - Popups and Cookie Management: Ensure all site popups are responsive across mobile and desktop. Implement cookie functionality so that popups behave as expected when users register or interact with elements, disappearing upon action. - User Login and Photo Upload: Troubleshoot and fix issues related to the mobile API, ensuring that profile photos uploaded by users are displayed correctly in their personal profiles. - Order Email Template Update: Apply the new design templates to order confirmation emails, modernizing the look and ensuring alignment with the updated specifications. 3. Review API Optimization: - Group reviews by product in the API response rather than listing them individually. This will enhance the presentation of product reviews and improve the overall user experience.
When the avove is done 4. TikTok API Integration: - Module Development: Build a TikTok integration within the Magento framework, leveraging TikTok’s API. Create a webhook for data transfer and add the TikTok URL in the footer to improve user engagement.
Qualifications: - Strong experience with Magento 2.4, particularly in API development and management. - Proficient in working with extended product attributes and troubleshooting data flow issues. - Knowledge of frontend design and implementation, with a focus on responsive and user-friendly interfaces. - Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs, such as TikTok or similar platforms. - Understanding of eCommerce operations, including discount rules and catalog management.
