A top priority is to streamline the booking process, making it more user-friendly and efficient.

Project Objectives:
Streamlined Booking System: Optimise the booking system for a smooth, user-friendly experience, including clear navigation and intuitive steps for customers. Coupon Integration: Add a coupon feature within the booking system to allow customers to apply discount codes at checkout for special offers. Embedded Payment Provider Change: Replace the current payment provider with a new one, embedded directly on our website to improve transaction efficiency and user experience. Conversion-Focused Redesign: Guide users toward bookings with an optimised, engaging layout. Mobile Optimisation: Ensure full responsiveness and a seamless mobile experience. PageSpeed & SEO: Optimize for Google PageSpeed with efficient images and code. Remarketing and Automated Emails: Set up automated email campaigns based on user interactions on the website. For example, send follow-up emails to users who have started but not completed a booking, encouraging them to complete their transaction.
Requirements:
Proven Track Record: Experience in e-commerce or service website redesigns, with a focus on booking systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Coding, WordPress, or similar CMS. Mobile-First Design: Expertise in responsive, mobile-friendly design. PageSpeed Optimization: Familiarity with Google PageSpeed standards. SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO best practices. UX Design: Skill in optimizing user flow and conversion. Booking System Expertise: Demonstrated experience in streamlining online booking systems, adding coupon functionalities, and integrating new payment providers directly into websites. Email Marketing: Skilled in setting up automated and remarketing email campaigns. Brand Consistency: The redesign should match our current brand identity and color scheme.
