We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as an Admin Business Development Assistant. As an essential member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand awareness and driving business development efforts.
Primary responsibilities include liaising with potential agents, tradespeople, landlords, and other stakeholders to encourage them to post their properties on our website for free and sign up. You will source leads from various online platforms such as Facebook, directory websites, and other relevant sources.
This role requires a dedicated individual who can dedicate a few hours daily to this task. We offer a competitive monthly budget for this position. Please note that only applicants who can work within our budget should submit their proposals.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
Proficiency in using online platforms and social media for lead generation.
Familiarity with property market and industry trends.
