They will be tasked with identifying and qualifying potential wholesale distributors across select international regions including Brazil, India, and China. Through robust prospecting and relationship building efforts, the contractor aims to establish formal distribution partnerships that will bring the company's industry-leading range of cosmetic fillers and products to new global customer bases.
Key responsibilities will include researching viable distribution outlets in each target country, conducting in-person meetings and presentations, negotiating favorable terms, and managing the onboarding process to get new partners up and running smoothly. Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills are essential to represent the company's brands professionally while navigating varied business environments abroad.
Proficiency in Portuguese, Mandarin, Hindi or other relevant languages is preferable. The contractor should have solid experience evaluating foreign market opportunities and be self-motivated to take Initiative every step of the way. Success will be measured by the number of high-potential distributors secured through the contractor's dedicated outreach and deal-making over the contract period. A track record of achieving international sales targets in the beauty sector is highly desirable.
