We are seeking an experienced freelancer to manage a one-month Instagram ad campaign focused on generating leads from roofing companies and realtors. This project requires launching and managing two Instagram ads per week, along with setting up lead funnels to capture the name, phone number, company name, and email of interested prospects. The goal is to identify a winning ad that consistently brings in 15 leads per day by the end of the month.
In addition to the ads, you will create one targeted Instagram post per week designed to resonate with our target audience and build our brand presence within the roofing and real estate industries.
Responsibilities: Ad Creation & Management: Develop and launch two Instagram ads weekly, specifically targeting roofing companies and real estate professionals, with messaging that addresses their key pain points and emphasizes the benefits of choosing our services. Lead Funnel Setup: Implement lead funnels for each ad to capture key contact information (name, phone number, company name, and email). Weekly Instagram Post: Create one industry-specific Instagram post per week to enhance engagement and brand visibility with our target audience. Performance Optimization: Monitor and adjust ads based on performance data, aiming to identify a high-performing ad that generates at least 15 leads per day. Budget Management: Ad spend will be covered through a linked credit card, so you won’t need to manage any upfront costs. Qualifications: Proven experience in running successful Instagram lead-generation campaigns for niche industries. Proficiency in creating effective lead funnels and crafting industry-specific, conversion-focused ad copy. Analytical skills for optimizing ads based on data and key metrics.
