My sitemap is all uploaded and showing 580 pages in Search Console. However only 18 pages are Indexed and the remaining 574 have been discovered but are not indexed.

You'll need to fix this issue and get the remaining pages indexed on the Search Console without any errors and fix any issues which are causing the issues also fix the 404 page.
