Expected duration: Ongoing I need an English speaker based in the UK to manage the Instagram account for a talent agency concept that I intends to launch in January 2025. The agency will represent: Fashion Influencers; DJs; Actors; Dancers; Singers; Songwriters; Fashion Models. The agency will be based in central London and I am looking for someone potentially to work permanently as part of a team I am building to support the agency.
This is a founding role helping grow social media presence for a start-up representing diverse entertainment professionals. Strong English communication and Instagram marketing skills are essential.
The manager will post a minimum of six times weekly to attract talent interested in representation.
The work: 1. Follow, contact and engage as many fashion influencers similar to the following influencers without violating Instagram community guidelines:
We are targeting the following fashion Influencers and similar on Instagram (below are examples of the type and style of influencer):
Regarding Actors; Dancers; Singers; Songwriters; Fashion Models - I do not have specific examples but you will have to search and find them.
2. Create regular engaging posts on the page targeted at all talent - minimum 6 posts per week - Posts should contain unique content specific to talent and interesting to followers - Unique content specific to fashion; DJs and entertainment with a strong content mix of images, and branded graphics
The goals: 1. To get as much talent as possible to make contact to sign up interest in joining the agency. - The agency will only have an Instagram account until launch so all contact will be through Instagram 2. To engage new real followers. Each follower is a potential new talent that signs up. 3. To raise brand awareness
The budget is initially £250 per month as this is a new business that has not started trading
