Expected duration: Ongoing I run a Little Kickers franchise in the North Surrey area, delivering football classes to children aged 18 months to 8 years old. I currently operate out of 9 venues in different towns in my area, with the plans to expand to more. Class sizes are set at a maximum of 16 but my average class size is 10. Some venues are operating fine but some are really struggling for numbers. Up to now we have done our marketing in house but have not needed to do to much as classes have filled through word of mouth. There is now more competiition and we feel we may need someone to oversee our marketing needs. We belong to a number of Facebook Groups, and have access to a lot of media on Canva that can be used, along with the branding guidelines. We are looking for someone to deliver Facebook and Google Ads targeting certain towns and parents with children of a certain age. We would also want to identify all local nurseries and schools and compile a contact list of them, and then produce a flyer to send to them asking to to be sent to their parent distribution list. Both of these activities should be tracked and measured on successful sign ups
