Request for Product Showcase Design Proposal We are seeking a professional designer or design team to create and install a modern, high-end product showcase for our luxury interior design centre. The showcase must effectively address our pain points, highlight our machines, and align with our vision. Below is a detailed brief to guide your proposal:
Showcase Dimensions Overall Dimensions: 272cm x 163cm Access Door: 47cm
Design Goals & Vision Highlight the Products: Machines should be prominent and displayed at an ergonomic height. Consider using floating shelves, plinths, or other innovative methods to create a sense of separation and importance for each machine. Eco-Friendly Aesthetic: Incorporate plants/foliage to reinforce our eco-friendly ethos. Use greenery tastefully to elevate the overall aesthetic without cluttering the space. Luxury Appeal: Design should exude sophistication and modernity, in keeping with the upscale environment of the design centre. Maximise Space: Solve the current issue of feeling both plain and overcrowded. Distribute the machines evenly while maintaining focus on individual products. Budget-Friendly Innovation: Keep costs low without sacrificing quality or aesthetic value.
Pain Points to Address Machine Scale: Machines currently appear too small for the space, creating an imbalance. Low Table: Existing table height is insufficient; display pieces must be elevated. Overcrowding: Current layout feels cramped despite a lack of visual interest.

Design Suggestions While we are open to your creative input, here are some considerations based on previous explorations: Raised Floor or Podiums: Elevate the entire showcase or create staggered levels to bring machines closer to eye level. Plinth Displays (Our Favourite Concept): Use sleek, modern plinths of varying heights for each product. Floating Shelves: Integrate minimalistic floating shelves, ensuring they do not overwhelm the space. Greenery: Add vertical greenery walls, hanging plants, or built-in planters for a refined Materials: Prioritise premium yet affordable materials like brushed metal, wood accents.
Deliverables Mockups & Visualisations: Provide a detailed 3D mockup or rendering showcasing the design. Implementation Plan: Include a breakdown of materials, estimated costs, and installation timeline. Scalable Design: Ensure the layout can adapt if product sizes or counts change in the future.
Timeline We aim to complete this project within 4 weeks. Please include a detailed timeline in your proposal.
