The ideal candidate will have experience mentoring and coaching developing young artists. The role involves dedicating 1-2 hours per week to review my daughter's work, provide constructive feedback, and suggest areas for growth and improvement.
Above all, the designer should have strong communication abilities and patience when working with teenagers. Inspiring confidence and fostering creativity are top priorities.
