I am seeking a solicitor with proven experience in successfully executing the Right to Manage (RTM) process for leasehold flats. The task will involve reviewing my RTM documents, guiding me through the process, and ensuring that my claim is filed correctly.
Specifically, I need assistance for 1–2 hours to:
+ Review and verify the accuracy of my RTM documents + Guide me through the process, including downloading title deeds and title registers via gov.uk + Provide advice to ensure the RTM claim is filed correctly
Important: This job is only for solicitors who have directly handled the RTM process before. Unfortunately, I have previously paid for advice that wasn’t helpful, so it's critical that you have first-hand experience with RTM and can offer practical guidance.
