As the team is growing, we have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Media Buyer to join us, play a consultative role, and act as a go-to expert (guru) for our clients, helping them maximise their paid advertising efforts.
Responsibilities: Media Buying & PPC Campaigns: Manage and optimise media buying strategies for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive conversions and increase ROI.
Consulting & Strategy Development: Act as a consultant and media buying guru, providing expert advice to clients on the best practices for media buying and PPC strategies tailored to their unique business goals.
Target Audience Identification: Identify and define target audiences based on client goals, creating custom audience segments for effective ad targeting.
Ad Strategy & Budget Management: Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive ad strategies while maintaining strict budget oversight to maximise ad spend effectiveness.
Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to clients.
A/B Testing & Optimisation: Implement A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and creatives to optimise results and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
Collaboration: Work closely with our content creation, SEO, and design teams to ensure that paid media campaigns align with broader marketing strategies and deliver cohesive results.
Client Education: Educate clients on media buying trends and PPC techniques, empowering them to make informed decisions and understand the impact of their campaigns.
Requirements: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to simplify complex advertising concepts and strategies for clients.
Media Buying Expertise: Proven experience in media buying across social media and PPC platforms, with a track record of successful campaigns.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills to interpret campaign performance and optimise based on insights. PPC Platforms Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
Efficient & Organised: Ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns simultaneously while delivering within tight deadlines.
Consulting Mindset: Experience acting as a consultant or strategist, providing clients with expert guidance and actionable recommendations.
Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities to adapt to changing market trends and client needs.
