I am looking for a virtual assistant to help my marketing agency on a range of small projects. This would a be flexible arrangement but I would expect this to be around 10-20 hours per month initially.
If you have good communication skills, a can do attitude, can turn projects round quickly and like working in a small and friendly team, you might enjoy this role. Full training given so experience not important but willingness to try new things and learn and receive feedback to improve is needed.
You will be helping us on a number of client projects - beginning with creating some social media posts.
I will shortlist 3 candidates for this project and will give them a one hour project to see who we would like to work with.
The successful candidate will be the one who does the best job on the task and is easiest to work with.
The one hour test project will be to create a social media post calendar for one of our clients using chat gpt and then to create 3 Facebook posts using a template we use in canva.com (a simple to use graphic package).
Don't worry if you haven't used these before. This is straightforward to do and we will show you how to use both bits of software. We will provide full training on what you need to do
