A boutique multi-family office seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee complex initiatives and ensure seamless operations. As the senior leader of projects, you will work closely with executives to develop strategic plans, create detailed project charters, manage resource allocation, eliminate blockers, and keep stakeholders updated on progress. Your experience managing diverse workstreams and teams will be utilized to optimize processes, implement innovative solutions, and drive organizational success.
Quality control and risk mitigation are top priorities. You will establish structure through comprehensive documentation, consistent communications, and adherence to milestones/deadlines. Collaboration and negotiation skills will be leveraged to resolve challenges, incorporate feedback, and achieve buy-in across departments. Analytics-driven reporting of metrics like budget, scope, issues will provide transparency and accountability.
As a key contributor to the C-suite, your adaptive leadership style and solutions-oriented mindset will be assets. Mentoring junior managers and developing future leaders are additional responsibilities. Passion for continuous learning and developing new competencies is expected. Bachelor's degree in relevant field plus 10+ years of progressive multi-project experience, including people and team leadership essential. PMP or similar certification preferred.
