The project is about developing a strategy and training programs for the employees, managers and executive managers of a ministry in order to elevate the manpower’s outcomes and boost the efficiency and effectiveness of the sector. The objectives of the project are the following: 1) Support the implementation of the human capacity development strategy that aims to raise the rate of localization and empower human capital and develop it in the sector in the Kingdom. 2) Prepare a comprehensive plan for training programs in order to support sector specializations and jobs based on current needs in the Kingdom (addressing current gaps / improving professional competencies). 3) Gradually transition from the role of the Ministry as a training provider to a coordinating and supervisory body for training providers in the Kingdom. The Ministry will achieve this by detailing a coordinated training framework, through a set of interventions that will help increase the number and quality of training provided, ensuring that training results are consistent with the needs of the labor market
