As the Marketing Strategy Manager, you will be the linchpin of our marketing efforts, overseeing various initiatives like landing pages, email campaigns, and video content. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Coordinate and manage the development and execution of marketing projects, including landing pages, email campaigns, and video content. Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and manage freelance or contract professionals to handle specialized tasks. Ensure that the talent aligns with project needs and company standards. Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement marketing strategies that reflect the company's brand, vision, and objectives. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are consistent with the company’s brand identity and messaging. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and resources, including managing retainer payments for external talent, to maximize efficiency and return on investment. Qualifications:
