As the Marketing Strategy Manager, you will be the linchpin of our marketing efforts, overseeing various initiatives like landing pages, email campaigns, and video content. Your role is to manage these projects and coordinate with the right talent, ensuring that every piece aligns with our brand and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Coordinate and manage the development and execution of marketing projects, including landing pages, email campaigns, and video content. Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and manage freelance or contract professionals to handle specialized tasks. Ensure that the talent aligns with project needs and company standards. Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement marketing strategies that reflect the company's brand, vision, and objectives. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are consistent with the company’s brand identity and messaging. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and resources, including managing retainer payments for external talent, to maximize efficiency and return on investment. Qualifications:
