As the Marketing Strategy Manager, you will be the linchpin of our marketing efforts, overseeing various initiatives like landing pages, email campaigns, and video content. Your role is to manage these projects and coordinate with the right talent, ensuring that every piece aligns with our brand and strategic goals. You will not only oversee project execution but also identify and engage the best professionals to handle specific tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Coordinate and manage the development and execution of marketing projects, including landing pages, email campaigns, and video content. Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and manage freelance or contract professionals to handle specialized tasks. Ensure that the talent aligns with project needs and company standards. Strategic Oversight: Develop and implement marketing strategies that reflect the company's brand, vision, and objectives. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and successful completion of projects. Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns are consistent with the company’s brand identity and messaging. Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets and resources, including managing retainer payments for external talent, to maximize efficiency and return on investment. Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing strategy and project management. Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Experience in sourcing and managing freelance or contract professionals. Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., email marketing software, content management systems, analytics tools). Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills:
Experience in a managerial role within a marketing or related field. Basic knowledge of landing page development, email marketing, and video production. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and new challenges.
