Expected duration: 6 weeks The project aims to develop an integrated Human Capital Management (HCM) system in French that is customised to meet the company's specific needs. This system will centralise and automate human resources management processes to improve operational efficiency, enhance employee engagement and support the organisation's strategic growth.
The project objectives include centralising the management of employee information, automating HR processes, providing analysis and reporting tools, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring compliance with local employment and data protection regulations.
Key features of the HCM system include employee data management, bonus administration, performance and development management, feedback, time and attendance management, reporting and analysis, and employee self-service portal.
Modern technologies such as web frameworks, relational and non-relational databases, and artificial intelligence tools will be used to develop the HCM system. An agile methodology will be followed to ensure iterative and continuous delivery of functionalities, enabling rapid adaptation to changing business needs and constant feedback from end-users.
