The project objectives include centralising the management of employee information, automating HR processes, providing analysis and reporting tools, enhancing the employee experience, and ensuring compliance with local employment and data protection regulations.
Key features of the HCM system include employee data management, bonus administration, performance and development management, feedback, time and attendance management, reporting and analysis, and employee self-service portal.
Modern technologies such as web frameworks, relational and non-relational databases, and artificial intelligence tools will be used to develop the HCM system.
