Must be UK based and up to date with UK costs. I am looking for a QS to do a take off and Costing for a building project in the UK. The project is based in Devon. It is a single domestic project to remove the roof off a bungalow, demolish all internal walls and some alterations to existing external walls and build a new roof with a first floor within the attic area. Applicants must provide a sample of equivalent work to enable assessment of whether it is what we require. I will post plans and specification externally for shortlisted.
