We are seeking an experienced social media ads specialist to manage and optimise our ad campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Our product is a comprehensive Property Development Academy that offers access to a community forum, resources, templates, courses, webinars, and more. We are looking for someone who can help us effectively target our audience, optimise ad performance, and provide detailed reporting.
Responsibilities: Ad Management: Create, manage, and oversee ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Keyword Optimisation: Analyse and identify effective keywords and strategies for targeting. A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing on various ad elements (headlines, images, copy) to determine the best-performing variations. Reporting: Provide weekly performance reports in spreadsheet or presentation format, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement. Budgeting Advice: Offer guidance on ad spend and budget allocation based on performance and goals.
Requirements: Experience: Proven experience managing social media ads on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Suite Ads Manager. Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in A/B testing and keyword optimisation. Communication: Available for weekly updates and feedback. Preferred communication via WhatsApp, with occasional Zoom or virtual calls for detailed discussions. Target Audience: Ability to target and engage males aged 18-44 in the UK interested in property development, investment, construction, and real estate.
Contract Details: Duration: Initial 2-week engagement with the potential for extension based on performance. Budget: Fixed price, open to offers based on your experience and proposed scope of work.
