I run a recruitment business and for each office we have what is called a "scorecard". This was originally an excel spreadsheet that on the left had a bunch of metrics that we measure the business, such as gross profit then along the top the dates of the weeks. For each week there are targets then my staff put in their actuals.
I found somebody who re-created these on Google sheets which worked fantastic.
My consultants completed their individual google sheets that in turn populated an "office" google sheet and all the office google sheets populated a Company google sheet.
Unfortunately I am unable to get hold of the person that originally did this and I need them recreating urgently by the 6th September. This is the start of our business year.
I even have the instructions on how to do this that were created originally.
I believe if you know how to use google sheets this is a straight forward job
I've attached a copy an original excel scorecard and can give you access to the current google sheet ones if necessary.
