We require all of the data from applications submitted via our gravity form to be backed up into a drive (such as google/dropbox).
This will include:
The details provided in the gravity form submitted by a client The clients signature (which is a PNG file) Any other files attributed to their submission.
The database should be able to be searchable in the drive - such as via name or postcode
This is to have a copy of that does not rely on the uptime of our website and allow the removal of data held in the back end of our site.
